Marmot Announces “Most Technologically Advanced Sleeping Bag On The Market”

Marmot has announced a new sleeping bag it’s touting as the “Most Technologically Advanced Sleeping Bag on the Market”.  The new Plasma 15 and Plasma 30 will be released 2011.  So how warm are these sleeping bags.  The Plasma 30, weighing 644g, is rated to 42 deg F – 32 deg F with an extreme survival temperature of 6 deg F.  On the warmer end, the Plasma 15, weighing 864g, is rated to 32 deg F to 18 deg F with an extreme conditions rating of -15 deg F.  Hopefully, when this bag is released next spring I’ll be able to bring you a gear review from roadtesting this new sleeping, see if it delivers on all the hype.
